Vesna Ojsterek
Vesna is a graduate of the College of Liberal Arts and Education at the University of
Ljubljana, Slovenia.
She has 20 years of experience, in an international setting, at helping companies
improve their operations though highly focused training. She has developed and
delivered a wide variety of training programs from detailed operational skills to
executive leadership coaching.
Vesna excels in all training venues from one-on-one-coaching sessions to large
workshops. Most recently she has focused on leadership, communication, and sales
skills.
Dr. William Tennent Bersing
Dr. Bill Bersing, a resident of Italy for over 10 years, is a civil engineer with a degree
from Virginia Military Institute, a masters degree in Management Informations Sytems
from the University of Maryland Europe and a doctorate in Management in
Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
Bill has dedicated his career to the execution of large construction programs. He has
successfully led numerous billion dollar construction programs, as a program manager,
in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Italy, Africa and the Middle East.
He is also a well recognized leader in providing scheduling support and claims analysis
for the construction industry.

Nejc Ojsterek
Nejc has completed the curriculum for Human Resources Management, Faculty of Social
Sciences, at the University of Ljubljana.
He has been associated with several local and international companies, giving him
working experience with people from different countries and cultures. These companies,
who offer business training services, gave Nejc the opportunity to perfect his skills in
areas such as communication, team work, time management, and key account
management. He also learned stress management, successful sales, negotiations and
continuous improvement skills.
